Heart disease might be a cause of old age or there are certain cases in which heart diseases are inherited and they are transferred from generation to generation. Heart disease may be the result of any tension or depression. Smoking, being over weight, high blood pressure, and irregularity in exercise can also be the reason of heart disease. Many people do not realize that they have any sort of heart disease until they have a heart attack, a chest pain or stroke. If a person faces any of these problems then he must go to doctor in emergency or to any medical store and consult them because it may lead to death, if ignored. There are many people who have minor heart attack and life gives them a second chance to take care of them.
